Great Engineers explaining process of new installation accurately
Respected the property and always took shoes off before stepping on to carpeted floors
Left the property very clean and tidy

From booking to returning home everything was easy
Flights on time, hotel as described, transfers on time etc etc

Superb staff at this location. Honest with a great customer focus mindset
They seemed to act like a great team and I believe this was down to the manager (although I think he was never promoted from assistant manager) He is a great asset to the Protyre group and should be the centre manager
I’ll make sure the whole family use this location in the future

Booking process was simple and website easy to navigate. However the collection didn’t happen on the day booked and was delayed by 24 hours Tracking information and accuracy received from the courier was very good. The parcel arrived in good condition

Ordering process easy and although product was not in stock I was kept informed of future delivery date. The delivery date was as confirmed and the product arrived on time and fortunately not damaged. The only negative was that the package had been cut open I imagine by the courier who was one the global giants in this sector. The package appeared to have been subjected to damp which didn't affect the leather goods.
Quality of product is first class and I will use Tuscany Leather again for sure
