I've been looking for handles for my new kitchen so been sending off for various designs from different companies. Home up Design really stood out - their delivery was so quick, they use sustainable/recyclable envelopes etc. and the handles were not only lovely quality but the colour was true to the photo on the website. I decided on the Furnipart classic handle in antique grey and am delighted with how they look in my kitchen. I would definitely use this company again.

After having a nightmare with a different company the service I had from Heat and Plumb was excellent. All my enquiries (via live chat and phone) were dealt with by super helpful staff. In the end I didn't actually need the item I had ordered and they were just as helpful in cancelling the delivery and arranging a refund. I wish I'd used them from the beginning and will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I bought a mini travel pillow as I find the ones in hotel very hit and miss. I'm so glad I did. This little pillow is soft, comfy and comes with its own pillow case. It rolls up into a storage bag so doesn't take up much room in a suitcase. I wouldn't travel without it now. I'm very pleased to have finally found a decent travel pillow!

I was a bit unsure if ordering glasses online was going to work out but the service I got from Mark at internetspecs was excellent. He phoned me on 2 occasions to talk through what I wanted and the various options available. I already have a pair of varifocals but was struggling to read in bed so wanted a decent but affordable pair of reading glasses. I went for some esprit frames and my glasses arrived quickly and are exactly what I wanted. I am really, really pleased and would certainly use the service again.

I decided to buy a backgammon board as a gift for my husband but was unsure where to start as neither of us have ever played. The advice I received was excellent and very speedy. I had replies to my emails almost instantly. There was no sense of pressure to purchase. I ended up going for a 15" set from the leather range. It arranged very quickly and is lovely quality. It's definitely the right size if you want something that's comfortable to play on but also easily portable. Great product, great service and my husband is delighted. I would definitely recommend.

This was the first time I've used Crocus. I ordered the plants (heucheras) in June, obviously a busy time. It said the delivery would take up to 4 weeks. I waited just over that for my delivery but it was well worth the wait. The plants arrived looking really healthy and are extremely good quality. They were packaged securely in 100% recyclable packaging. They are now planted in a border and doing really well. I would definitely use Crocus again, lovely plants and a good customer experience.
