I placed an order on 25th of July and…
I placed an order on 25th of July and still didn't receive it. I tried to get in contact with them and they barely reply or no reply at all. Once they reply after many days they said i placed an order for pre order item. That's not true and on their website it says the item is on stock, they say that next to the price it says it clearly stated in my order confirmation, that's not also true. They said the would send the package week 33, it didn't happen. They will he reported to consumer agency Konsumentverket in Sweden. They also charged me on the 1st august.
Edit. I received the items, quality wise they are ok, but customer service and communication and also info on the website are bad. They apologized for the inconvenience but still communication is very poor. You sent an email and they reply after 3 days and of course it's easy to think you got scammed. I have different items from them abd quality is ok.
