Worse dealer

Sam was great welcoming, had my car in for service, once the service was over I was quoted to get few things done with immediate attention, break pads and disc, wheel alignment and few others, which I disagree, as I change my break pads within last month at another dealer, I challenged the report and took it another dealer for full report which confirm my story so Woodford Lexus agreed to take the car back again and health check was carried out by different technician, and the report was completely oops to first one, still did not match my private report, then manager said it was a visual check, how can a human measure something and given a numbers to it for example for break pads, no equipment was used on second check either however during conversation with manager he said they removed the wheel however wasn’t the case as I was at the garage when they carried out when I challenged this manager didn’t know what to say, manager called back offer the full refund but my point why in first place this happened, car we drive it’s our life in it and having report like this will cost unnecessary cost, I will be approaching local news paper god knows how many customer/vulnerable customer been ripped off or even elderly customer.
Lexus means luxury, smart, class, world class service but none of the treat I got from this dealer. I wish I can upload the both report from same dealer, will not recommend This to any one infect I will be approaching, ICO, local newspaper and ask to be carried full fraud investigation. All planned to earn money and specially when all our expenses are going up and visiting trustworthy company like Lexus trying rip us for unnecessary repair which does not need. Lucky I knew about my issues but how many elderly knows and paid lot more then what they should.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing, from start to end was very supportive, specially Karen who dealt with my file.
Had few issue along the line but she make sure all dealt in ma favour.
Can not fault on anything.

Poor customer service and calling theft indirectly

According delivery tracker product was delivered on 19th, however nothing was delivered contacted them for an update ask to give a day to resolve this, didn’t hear anything back on 3rd day, on same day morning a driver come inform me he left the delivery downstairs, which no one knows about and signature was mine and I was at work that day, then I contacted them again to explain I was advise to give another day as team leader needs to deal with it, then I go an email to explain apparently driver who said product was delivered he return two days later and product was still at the spot he left and then he return again next day to check again and product no longer there (this is the day I spoke to him face to face), ask best heating to resolve this ASAP as I need the heater or I will have to pay another plumber to installed this, I was told more investigation needs and if anything they will involve police as other customer done this and fact was customer lied.
Just waiting for them to come back, and I am still waiting for a replacement or refund.

I will not be buying anything and stay way purely based on customer service and how they handle this.
Driver said it was deliver without any of my family member signature but mine and I was at work on the day, then no explanation why the driver will return two days and according to driver on his first return product was there and my question why didn’t he took it with him or come to my door like very next day he did.

False info to sell a car

i purchased a car in August 2016, paid in full, nothing wrong with engine or mechanically, however took the car to bmw today due to anti corrosion , was told that car was resprayed, which mean manufactured warranty no longer valid. I was not told prior to buying the car. Called today to discuss this and they do not want to know anything, all i got told that it was second hand car . I paid just under 16k and now another cost to sort it out, if this was told and I was explain manufacturer warranty no longer valid would I paid for the car?? Answer is no:
I believe this was miss sold and not explain all just to get a car off there display and not caring about customer who paying so much toward a car .
