Very sly with automatic sign-up to free trials, that become automatically billable. Happened with first signup then mid contract. No customer service number or email address. Only webchat during office hours.

Rebranded from Sellphone24 to Handtec. AVOID Sent excellent condition iphone 12 mini, valuation issues due to damage which had no photo evidence and did not match my photos before sending. Received back, fresh deep scratch on rear glass, which has now affected value. Trader is in denial! Further check on company info, this was Sellphone24, now rebranded Handtec, all part of Evoocorp. Same problems, different name. AVOID
Checking their trade-in descriptions, the offer for an iPhone seemed competitive and reassurance that free return would be possible. Excellent - minimal light signs of use on casing/housing and no damage to screen. Upon receiving the phone, they offered £40 less due to damage to rear and casing, with no evidence to back this up. I stated I had photos before sending the device and it was always in a case - an increased offer of 20 less than original was still not right! Received the phone and it has a fresh scratch on the rear glass!!

Signup process was FAST and easy - received email confirmations and switch within 24hrs, much quicker than a previous switch with different suppliers. Wish there was an option to enter final meter readings, or make it more obvious.

We would require your opening reads 5 days before your switching date or 5 days after your switching date which we would then send to your previous supplier as their closing reads. Once you are nearer to your switching date you will be able to enter your meter readings through your online account.
