Realised ordered wrong colour lens so via their support email address I requested change of colour for the lens Friday 07/07/23
Monday 10/07/23 tried to ring the mobile number shown on their to website to confirm they received my email for change of lens colour.
The mobile number is unobtainable?
Monday 10/07/23 received email stating that my order had now been fully processed?
I took that to mean the Sunglasses had been posted although did not actually state this and/or by which delivery company.
Wednesday 12/07/23 my Sunglasses arrived by 2nd class Royal Mail and were the change of colour to the lens I requested.
Glasses fitted perfectly over my Varifocal glasses, very light , flip up working as it should
All parts plastic
Overall I have no complaints about the product it is as advertised and as shown the service was satisfactory and fully fulfilled with quick delivery albeit that was via Royal Mail 2nd class post which at times deliveries are late.

Required a New Shimano Cassette for my bike. Bike parts was the best price available. Along with fast delivery made it the ideal internet purchase.

Why do we need a match commentator and 2 PUNDITS commentating on the match
This is becoming more regular.
How much does this cost the viewer subscribing.
Go back to good old days just the main (1) commentator.
It's bad enough with the pre match and after match pundits listening to at least 3 of them

Read all the reviews. My order (28/11/21) of pair of jeans had not arrived expected free delivery estimate 5/6 days by Royal Mail. Sent update request Email to Burton's via original order confirmation Email on 05/12/21 received reply on 07/12/2. Order arrived today 08/12/21 which is 8 working days from order date. So at least have my order and late arrival could be due to being Christmas deliveries. Hope it helps

First class service. Immediate answer to telephone question after purchase. Very helpful and interested. Excellent fast free delivery arrived earlier than expected but courier company kept you up to date and with a 1 hour arrival window for my delivery. Ukulele bought cheapest price on the internet but still top quality as expected and described. Would buy from GAK again top music sales shop who know their business.

Although my purchase was small and of little value the purchase process and communication appeared to be treated like any other purchase.
Service very good with super value products. Just take into consideration that delivery may take a little longer from Spain but tracking information is very good
