Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Can't even get my name right when they call. They have a tiny amount of money in a pot that I want to transfer to my own personal pension. It's been going on for 6 months now and I am no closer. Make an appointment fill in a paper form and POST IS BACK. Absolute shambles.

They are also still charging me to manage my money, even though they have been instructed to move it.

Ignore the name - This is positive

Ignore the name, Oodie customer support were really good. OK, they took a while to get back to me, 2 weeks I think. It was over Christmas and they had a sale, I expected them to be busy. Sent a replacement item after one of the Oodies we got for Christmas developed a fault, just a couple of emails back and forth with images. Really happy with the service.

From a product point of view, my wife loves these things, we have bought them for gifts and to use at home several times now.

Really poor customer experience

Really poor customer experience. Charge for delivery, but then charges you £1.99 for returning things. The sizes are all over the place (2xl was like a tent). There is no way to contact them on their website. Even their Twitter account cannot be messaged. Terrible, will never buy from them again.

Could have been better

Drop off was fine, although wasn't given any paperwork to prove someone had taken my car. On the return trip had to wait over an hour to get the car back. Was told multiple times by the office it was on its way but the driver told us he had only been driving 25 minutes. Was a lot cheaper than other quotes so that was a plus.

Waste of time

The training calendar may as well not be there. I've been trying to book a course for over a month. Took several days to respond to emails when I was trying to book. Really poor customer experience, it's like they don't want your money.
