For the original delivery they turned up an hour earlier than the window. I was out and they refused to come back at the allotted window. They said on the phone they'd deliver again the next morning at 8am, but I then received no confirmation of this and it clearly was not true as the delivery had to be fully rebooked and I couldn't get a slot for another week. Given that this was for a mattress delivery for a spare bed that I needed that week, it was a huge inconvenience that they messed up the original delivery. Furthermore, it was very hard to get hold of the customer service to work out what was going on - their online chat system just says "connecting you to an agent" for ages and never actually connects. Really poor all round experience
