For the original delivery they turned…

For the original delivery they turned up an hour earlier than the window. I was out and they refused to come back at the allotted window. They said on the phone they'd deliver again the next morning at 8am, but I then received no confirmation of this and it clearly was not true as the delivery had to be fully rebooked and I couldn't get a slot for another week. Given that this was for a mattress delivery for a spare bed that I needed that week, it was a huge inconvenience that they messed up the original delivery. Furthermore, it was very hard to get hold of the customer service to work out what was going on - their online chat system just says "connecting you to an agent" for ages and never actually connects. Really poor all round experience

Excellent customer service from Georgia

We had to change our booking date at the last minute due to a medical emergency, and Georgia was so helpful on the phone - patiently trying to find us alternative dates on a very busy show with limited availability. Excellent customer service!

DODGY COMPANY DO NOT USE

Awful company, do not use!!! They will try to create additional fees wherever they can - I see below that many customers had the same issues as I did.

Agent did not communicate about issues with out of hours returns to Milan Malpensa (there being nowhere to return your car in the airport, and the out of hours car park 4km away was just an empty car park with no autovia branding anywhere). Had to leave car in another company's bay at the airport. Autovia charged €200 for this!

6 months later, after absolutely no communication, they randomly ask for €750 for damages to the car. I have a video from my return that showed clearly that there was no damage. Their communication is very slow (several weeks between emails) and then their next email says they will take legal action if I don't pay within 7 days....

Really dreadful!

Product as good as expected

Product as good as expected, communication and price very good.
Would be great if the order did not have to be by round metre, as resulted in a lot of wasted grass and underlay which went straight into recycling

Purchased office chair which was fitted with the wrong part. Was sent replacement part which I had to fit myself. Required purchasing £20 of specialist tools to fit the replacement part
