Purchased $100 neosurf voucher at my local service station went to redeem it and status is blocked.
I will give you 2 days to reply if you do not I'm taking this to the fair work ombudsman so they can investigate it this is an absolute joke and you are taking people's money and ripping them off.
I have now given them the datails of the voucher and my details....and ofcourse waiting for a response and solution....won't hold my breath
Still waiting..... absolutely no response regarding the dodgy voucher code, even after they replied on here asking for the details... absolutely disgusting customer service ..all I want is my 100 back or for the code to be unblocked.

Here's my latest update getting close to a week now, still getting the same email once a day around the same time same the exact same thing about they are looking into it.
So in the last week nothing has been achieved and the vouchers still blocked and customer service do not even acknowledge or apologise.
In case this happens to you as I've read online he has happened to a few people do not use neosurf they are disgusting and a scam.
Just my latest update, it has now been a full month past and neosurf cut-off contact with me about 2 weeks ago telling me they cannot replace my ticket or give me a refund and just put the blame on the service station which is not true because I spoke to the service station manager and he had paid neosurf through their banking system for the voucher so I am out of pocket $100.
I even emailed there executives about the situation and not even one reply from one of them.
So I would suggest as this is a fairly common thing now, do not use neosurf as I will never be again.
