Absolute crap service.

Absolute crap service.
I don't know how a website like this can even make money by putting ads on their home page.
They are an absolute disgrace and do not do a thing that they advertise.
You will not get the verification messages you are intending to receive.
Absolute crap website and should be taken down.

I deposited using XRP

I deposited using XRP. Had a small win and went to cash out and a Red box popped up saying is invalid.
Contacted live chat and they told me to do a bank withdrawal instead so I did.
A day and a half later they cancel it saying I have to withdrawal via the same method. So I try again and again and the same red box appears saying is invalid which means I cannot withdraw my money. Contacted support again and keep getting the run around with the same answers and now they are ignoring me.
I even sent them my XRP wallet address to see if they can manually do it and they are still ignoring me, they are a rogue casino.
You will 100% have issues withdrawing your money from this casino if you play here, I highly recommend you do not as I still have not received my money or any help with any options.
Rogue at best

In response to Ally Laycocks review and anyone else that has issues like hers there, there's only and best option you have at casinos like that is to sign up at casinomeister and casino-guru. Once signed up go through the "complaint against a casino" and put through a detailed complaint about the casino in question. both websites I mentioned have reps that work for them that put through and contact casinos directly that have complaints against them to try and resolve issues like yours.
One way about getting back at casinos like that is through casino review website because most casinos do everything they can to prevent getting bad publicity about them.
As well as those two websites I would look for as many as I could that are similar in the hope that one of them will come through for you, and worst case if it doesn't help, at least it gives rouge casinos like that a bad name and will hopefully financially hurt them a lot more than they stole from you.

Purchased $100 neosurf voucher at my local service station went to redeem it and status is blocked.
I will give you 2 days to reply if you do not I'm taking this to the fair work ombudsman so they can investigate it this is an absolute joke and you are taking people's money and ripping them off.

I have now given them the datails of the voucher and my details....and ofcourse waiting for a response and solution....won't hold my breath

Still waiting..... absolutely no response regarding the dodgy voucher code, even after they replied on here asking for the details... absolutely disgusting customer service ..all I want is my 100 back or for the code to be unblocked.

Still no response from their pothetic customer service, that has no respect for anyone, I SUGGEST YOU NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES, IF THEY SELL YOU A DODGY VOUCHER, WHICH THEY WILL, THEY WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU BACK. DO NOT USE NEOSURF

Here's my latest update getting close to a week now, still getting the same email once a day around the same time same the exact same thing about they are looking into it.
So in the last week nothing has been achieved and the vouchers still blocked and customer service do not even acknowledge or apologise.
In case this happens to you as I've read online he has happened to a few people do not use neosurf they are disgusting and a scam.

Just my latest update, it has now been a full month past and neosurf cut-off contact with me about 2 weeks ago telling me they cannot replace my ticket or give me a refund and just put the blame on the service station which is not true because I spoke to the service station manager and he had paid neosurf through their banking system for the voucher so I am out of pocket $100.
I even emailed there executives about the situation and not even one reply from one of them.
So I would suggest as this is a fairly common thing now, do not use neosurf as I will never be again.

If I could give no stars I would.
They are the most dodgy scam artists on the internet. DO NOT SIGN UP.
everytime you finally build up enough money to buy a gift card they are conveniently all of the sudden out of any gift card of the amount of points you have earned.
Example 1 hour ago there were PlayStation and Xbox gift cards available for 25000 points ( $25 )
I did one more survey to finally have enough to get one of those 2, and all of a sudden the only ones available were $50 gift cards.
They are a scam do not trust them you will never ever get anything for the points you earn.
I would not even give them half a star.
They are degenerate pigs that never reply to your emails

Hello and apologies for the late reply. To explain a few things, Plenty Benjis is not a scam. For the past few months there was a notice on the homepage letting everyone know that we were putting the site on hold until further notice. Having lost 3 family members within the past 3 months is the main reason for my absence and I sincerely apologize for this. ALL FUNDS THAT OUR MEMBERS HAVE EARNED HAVE BEEN SENT OUT. As a matter of fact, there has been a few cheaters with multiple accounts so ultimately, we've been losing money not stealing any. ( Just to clear that up)
After some time (if you do still decide to use our platform), a "re-review" would be appreciated.
