Brilliant

The onboarding process was very easy and the customer service staff were really helpful. The lady i spoke to name Zoe was very understanding towards my circumstances. Thank you and looking forward to using the servie. So far so good.

Terrible treatment ...

If i could give them zero stars i would.
After seven years of being a loyal customer spending over 6k with CEX they lose me over £10.
I ordered a tablet and a pen seperate. Got charged two delivery charges. The Tabllet arrived but the pen didn't . I assumed it will be coming in a seperate package hence the extra delivery charge and also inspected my box containing the tablet thoroughly , which wasnt big anyway, and there was no pen in it.
I got in touch with them and they confirmed the pen was in the box . Ten emails going back and forth later, they say its in there I say it isn't so i go to the shop. The shop asked me to wait as there are two delivery charges so there must be another package, which makes sence.
Final email stated that even though there are two charges it will be on package . They still charge ppl twice for postage even if they send all items in the same package . What a rip off. Never again.

After reviewing the information provided by the store, it has been confirmed that both the tablet and pen were included in the original package and properly sealed. Based on this, we believe the pen may have been inadvertently disposed of along with the brown hexwrap packaging.

Regarding the delivery charge, we’ve recently reviewed and updated our policy. We have a standard delivery charge of £2.95 for all items, even if they are shipped from the same store. This change reflects current market trends.

Love holidays has by far the worst…

Love holidays has by far the worst customer service on this Globe. They cancelled our holiday due to a fault in their system that did not collect the last direct debit on time. The holiday was £1500 and the last payment was 85 pounds . We got an email two days before the holiday saying it had been cancelled . I called them and afyer 30 mins of back and forth they cancelled the holiday, refunded out money minus £400 for thr flights and hung up on me. I begged them to keep the hotel reservation but they cancelled it and said there is no availability . I end up booking the same hotel and the same flights for double the price as we were a group of 17 and couldn't leave the two elderly behind.
They had zero compassion , very unhelpful and rude. I will be taking them to small claims court and complaining to ATOL, when back.

Jamie at the Lowesroft Branch is a very calm and patient gentleman. He made my wife agree with him without having to argue with her or even buy her a bottle of wine.. I need this skill in my life :)

6 years with CEX and still going

6 years with CEX and still going. The staff at the Lowestoft Branch are extreemly polite , knowledgeable and professional. Cant fault CEX. They give a better warranty than the manufacturer.
