Laura was great. Not only did she deal with my issues in a very efficient manner, she also made suggestions on other changes I could make to enhance my experience.

Porting a number over from TalkTalk was seamless, we were kept informed throughout the whole process and any queries since joining have been answered quickly and fully resolved.

Customer service was great at getting me a good deal and helping me set up. Phone was working straight out of the box and had no problems with it so far.
