Global Entry Spotter was up front with their fees and helped us get a GE appointments hundreds of miles closer (where no appointments are normally available).

Many other Global Entry appointment watch type services pulled a bait and switch only telling you their prices after you gave them information. GE Spotter did what they promised and was well worth the price!

1) Unbeatable prices on the same certificates you get other places. 2) I messed up my certificate order and chat support was able to help undo my ordering mess, get the incorrect orders canceled and the right ones submited.

Our last purchase was built according to schedule however was shipped with a slower shipping speed than requested (not sure what happened as it should have shipped 2nd day air and shipped ground). Lanshack did promptly refund the shipping though and once it was on it's way there wasn't much more they could do.
