What a dismal way to treat your customers.

We are extremely unhappy at Amazon's response after a driver backed into our gate in the dark and broke a stone pillar. After reporting it to Amazon the issue was escalated to their claims reps at ARC who showed no concern or respect and denied the claim as we did not have photographic evidence of the incident happeningsd and the driver said he didn't do it! After following this up with Amazon the representative hung up on me saying there was nothing else she can do. Amazon please listen to this conversation on your recording. What a way to treat your customers, Amazon! The parcel was not even delivered but left on the floor outside the gate. The driver said it was handed to resident, which was untrue.

Sim card support withdrawn

I bought a Tomtom device around five years ago. When I bought it it was advertised as having Lifetime Maps and Traffic. I've now received an email from Tomtom saying they're stopping SIM support for this model and telling me to get Traffic updates through bluetooth on my phone . This must be a breach of contract as surely "Lifetime" means for as long as I own the device or the device ceases to work. I would not consider buying another Tom Tom because who knows when support for that device will be withdrawn. A very shabby company.

We can't speak highly enough of ACF. Extremely knowledgable and competent, high level of expertise coupled with integrity, efficiency and nothing being too much trouble. I would not want to use another company for any plumbing and heating job I have in the future.

Almost a miracle!

I sent Neil a very faded, badly taken and badly stored 45-yr-old colour snap of some important family members. I no longer had the negative. It was a great photo but I couldn't see how it could possibly be saved. I contacted Neil. He instructed me on the very specific way to get him the best digital file at my end. From that he produced a remarkably clear enlarged colour photo that I would never have thought possible. It's now possible to frame it. Thank you Neil. Amazing!

Just received a "pre-legal notice"…

Just received a "pre-legal notice" letter requesting payment that I made 7 months ago on pain of being taken to court. The letter gave me 7 days to pay but took 8 days to arrive!! I phoned customer services, who confirmed I had paid 7 mths ago. I asked them to send me a statement to confirm this and was told that statements could not be sent on closed accounts. Yet I am regularly getting statements showing a nil balance. What appalling service.

The wood store was easy to order, delivered promptly and efficiently. The driver, Garry T, was friendly, energetic and helpful. We erected it on the day and the finished product looks stylish and good quality. Very happy with it.

Poor communication and knowledge

Asked for a new smart meter nearly a month ago still not had any communnication since. I was quoted payments on my new property of £150 before I moved in nearly four weeks ago and the direct debit has been increased twice to £209.

Down to 5% gas in my tank

Down to 5% gas in my tank. I have contacted Calor many times by phone and email over the last two days with no response. We've also requested call backs twice with no response. We are old age pensioners and expect to be treated better than this. We are also concerned if we run out of gas that we won't be able to use our gas cooker or central heating. Appalling service. Please can you help us.
