It is easy to find the mobile phone of your choice and the quality rating is always correct from my experience - this is the 3rd phone purchased in some 10 years. The delivery arrangements work well- thank you to all involved in MM team!

I had ordered some fish morsels but the local postman managed to get muddled with the delivery. I spoke to Fish4Dogs and they very kindly resolved the delivery issue, swiftly and very helpfully. The customer service was excellent and my dog loves the treats! They are good for her skin too.

I have been impressed by the level of information Zoe could provide at a personal level, which really helps to understand gut health and the links to so many other things! They have developed the App significantly, enabling me to include new recipes for example. The individual support and knowing the data is helping research projects are all part of the whole project.

I always find the explanations and options easy to understand. I consider Octopus are good at communicating and the service to customers is excellent. When you speak to staff they listen and help.

The booking and arrangements went as expected. I found others reviews helpful in locating a cottage.

I have loved using my Plant House for the last 5 years, so was very disappointed when both vents and 3 blinds failed over the last year, making growing conditions in summer heat, very challenging. The team at Gabriel Ash were very helpful in listening to my concerns and offering a suitable solution; many thanks to Iain, Katie and Jamie for all their help and advice. I am so pleased to have a fully functioning Plant House again.

I am a Member and have recently tried to change my order but am now getting a message saying “the connection to this site is not secure” I wonder if others are having similar problems?

I chose to stay in Suffolk for a week. Eelsfoot Cottage was perfect for my dog too, great walks, scenery and views of the River Deben. A lovely location and made to feel most welcome. Property was clean and beds very comfortable. Good local pubs for drinks and meals, as well as plenty of places to visit including Woodbridge, Sutton Hoo, Aldeburgh. Booking was easy and everything was as expected.

I was renewing for a 2nd year, having used Avro last year. I checked their offer with the Martin Lewis site and it couldn't be bettered for my needs - great to know! The process has been simple and easy to do online. The only frustration is having to provide meter readings monthly, when I had a smart meter with a previous supplier.

It took 2 goes on separate days to book my next tariff, the system is clunky and slow to respond. I tried Live Chat which achieved nothing! Shame, as when you speak to staff they are helpful.
