It took 2 goes on separate days to book…

It took 2 goes on separate days to book my next tariff, the system is clunky and slow to respond. I tried Live Chat which achieved nothing! Shame, as when you speak to staff they are helpful.

Hello Susan and I'm sorry it wasn't straightforward to switch tariffs.

We've had a couple of issues lately that caused our website to under-perform. These have been sorted now.

At this point, our Live Chatters aren't sales trained and not allowed to change a customer's tariff. They should've put you through to our specialist sales team who would've been happy to do the switch and I'm sorry this didn't happen.
