Expensive

This food used to be a good price used to get 20 percent on subscribe and save now ten percent price has gone through the roof 250 pounds a month to feed to labs on 80 percent turkey I can get 80 percent turkey for 178 a month so natures menu will lose a lot of money off me

Poor service

What does it take for your company to sort my gas meter out ivie bud told me that there is fault with gas meter so no gas being pay for no one seems to know what they are doing you until end of year to update my meters according to dcc

Hi Christopher. I'm really sorry that you have had issues with your smart meter connecting your Gas readings. Because this is an older meter these can't all be automotically enrolled with the DCC to reconnect these and this may take some time. I'm sorry we cant give you a quicker timescale for this. While we await the reconnection process we would advise you send us some manual readings so that we can correctly bill your account. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused-Natalia.

BRILLIANT

A great service as always and its absolutely brilliant that your company send the dog food in chilled vans so it ARRIVES frozen especially in this very warm weather. Its a great shame more companies do not do this, no one wants part thawed meat !!!!!
