Arrived undamaged, on time, & Dean delivery driver (DPD) brings it to the door as per instructions.

Order left on wall in full view of road where a previous order was stolen. Box split wide open, the delivery company DPD can’t be bothered to bring order to front door (70ft) from wall.This has only started in the last 18months.Have complained twice, been a customer with LGB for 23 years without issue.

Have complained twice about order being left on wall in full view of road, one order stolen not so long ago.
DPD can’t be bothered to bring order to door or make us aware of delivery, SO FED UP WITH ORDERING FROM LOVE GARDEN BIRDS AND DELIVERY BEING A PROBLEM. LAST ORDER LEFT ON WALL WITH BOX SPLIT OPEN 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Pleasant delivery man,
Took care when unloading heavy long boxes, we had one small box missing this was sorted out quickly.
Nice company to do business with, they care about their customers.

Delivery was good as driver had put item in log basket under our front porch area, just wish they would learn to ring a door bell making us aware of delivery.

SABAR Delivery driver argued with me about bringing order to front door, saying too heavy.
He was happy to leave it on the wall by our gate where it could be seen from road. This is the second time I’ve asked him to leave at front door, NOT ON WALL BY THE GATE.
He brought it down but was not happy to do it

Parcel came quickly both runners are lovely.
One for kitchen the other for entrance hall.
Although on the pricey side, you get what you pay for.

Delivery left in front of garage in full view of road where it could have been stolen, not put in porch area out of the elements & out of sight to any opportunist thief.
So annoying as the delivery DPD driver has been to us many times without issues. This was not a new driver.
Just one who couldn’t be bothered to put order in safe place 😡😡😡😡

This outfit boasts about being the cheapest around.
They probably are for a good reason. The first cartridge lasted 9 months. They replaced it and it lasted 14 months. The woman at customer services said nothing more they can do as out of warranty. Avoid this cowboy outfit at all cost ,probably using cheap Chinese imports.
