Hi, I have been very happy with all my purchases from Shein, a hiccup came with a sheet set order. The top sheet was missing, I searched the site to ask them to rectify this situation only to find it was impossible to find where I could do this. I just want to let people know that I then I went to there Facebook page and sent a message and I received a reply in a few minutes. I am very happy with the response I received.

This is my second product purchase, my perfect facial was absolutely amazing as my face had scarring and it looked fresh and clear people who knew me were commenting on how healthy I looked! My second purchase is the face wash, it feels slightly tingly when I use it and leaves my face clean and fresh. I also received a bonus gift of the hydrating serum which soaks in with no residue.
