My complain is against the delivery person in the area of Gentofte the 9th of December 2024. I gave the authorization to the company to leave the package in front of my door, I stayed home waiting for my 10kg package, they never ring on my door bell and claimed they attempted to deliver but now I have to go to a kiosk 1.5km away and have no way to bring it home. And then I call bring and they cannot do anything, the call center person said she can see the delivery person was here but he did not call on my door or my phone number. Very bad service

Great shop, I bought a bike and they did price match. I ordered it online and was able to go pick it up in one of their shops. They assembled it for me and were very nice :)

I bought tickets a year and 2 months ago for approx 12.000dkk or 1.400€,due to Corona it was canceled. They told me I would get my refund and they would only take 50€ fee. It's been more than a year and I haven't received my money back. Also, they wrote me they would email me every 15 days until I had received my refund and they did untli February so almost 2 month with no answer from them, I haven't received my refund. There is not any possible contactwith them, I have called them and just waited for more than 1 hour and nothing, emailed them and nothing. Does anyone know if there's something legal to do against them?

Thieves that’s what they are. So you think you booked a “cheap” flight, they promise 10 kilos had luggage for free and then about to board, you have to pay 20€ to get it with you or you miss the flight. They are always changing their rules with luggage to get money out of passengers. I’m sick of this company and all those taking advantage on users. Let’s make it viral so we can claim for our rights

Can I give them less than 1 star? It’s insane. I booked with them, they sent me a message where it states that I could bring up to 10 kilos luggage in the cabin, when I was boarding, I had to pay for my hand luggage. They won’t refund us. I’d love to go against them una legal way, I’m sick of being stolen by this companies
