From start to finish, we were kept in the loop of what was happening. We had a dedicated project manager who was available for me to call at any time, but more than that, she regularly beat me to the punch and called me with updates and to let me know the whole step.

The fitters themselves were also fantastic. It was projected that the work would be completed in 3 days and they finished in 2, leaving plenty of time for snagging. We did our own checks too and they were more than happy to touch up whatever needed to happen. Lastly, they explained how all the new kit worked and made sure we were happy. The whole process was incredibly smooth and - after a bathroom refit with a terrible job the year before - I couldn't be happier.

I was having serious trouble with getting my current address to show up on my credit report. I'd updated all of my accounts, re-register on the electoral roll to be sure, and even contacted my bank on multiple occasions. After all of that, I contacted ClearScore and a few minutes later it was resolved. So simple and quick and it boosted my score by over 100! Only wish it hadn't happened in the first place.

LoveHoney, for me, is something special. It doesn't try too hard and it's honest and open about its intentions. They take away the shame around sex. Whether it's the option to review a naughty product or the videos showing you how a product works, there's so much about the business that tries to de-stigmatise and normalise erotic shopping. The recent revamping of the website has also made a huge difference to my enjoyment of shopping with them. Sometimes products aren't for me, either the make isn't quite what I was after or it doesn't flatter me the way I thought, but that's the case with a lot of things. The site is still inclusive; I also HUGELY appreciate the renaming of plus-size to queen-size. Absolutely spot-on double entendre and also a lil flattering. For me, nowhere really matches LoveHoney on value for money either. They've usually got good things in their sales. Overall, 10/10 every time. Yet to be disappointed.

Things I guess I'd like to see? Less plastic packing on their products, though I understand it's probably a safety/sanitary choice.

Great range of products. Well packaged and arranged to keep delicate items safe but not use much packaging. Really good quality items, seeds grew really well and sweets were delicious.

Ordered a pair of funky black and yellow shoes from them - only to be pleasantly surprised to find I'd bought a pair of knee high boots from them two years ago for a Black Widow cosplay! At that point I knew the quality, comfort, and longevity would surpass my expectations. I was correct. Also, student discount appears to be a promotion they adhere to regularly so make the most of it. Cannot recommend highly enough. Love, love, love!
