Having a mobile WiFi hot spot device made it easy to get around Japan. There are multiple options to get your hot spot after paying online--either in person or by mail. All were reasonable prices. I will use this service in any future travels.

My order is usually placed in a timely manner and all communication regarding my order is always prompt. All fees (which are reasonable) are presented at the time of purchase, there are no extra or hidden fees. Consolidation of multiple orders doesn't incur an extra fee, which is great. I will continue to use White Rabbit Express for future Japan purchases.
