I was in a panic- for some reason my activation code had not worked in the past and my Office was about to expire. I sent a chat (on Sunday) and immediately Jay picked it up and responded. He immediately got my issue resolved!!! I can't say enough how much I appreciate the GOOD WORK ! THANKS JAY!

There is a bug in the download of transactions from banks. I have contacted tech support several times but they have failed to correct the issue. Many hours are spent finding missing and corrupt transactions. The rest of quicken is very good. Reports, displays, interface etc. is super. PLEASE FIX THE BUG!
