Delivery

Driver didn’t drive his van on my drive, then have to struggle to get off, he decided to leave his van in a good place and walk to my front door, as I’ve got a decent long drive, proving he wasn’t lazy .
When I answered my front door he explained why he had to knock,as I stated just to leave the parcel by the front door in additional notes. Again he was polite and explained the reason well.
Now why have I marked him down. I have done this because he thought it was ok to bang his hand held scanner on my window which I find disrespectful. I don’t know why delivery people think this is ok, a simple knock with your hand is more than adequate and not to bang on my window with whatever is in your hand.

The Lady who came to value my property was on time and polite.
Unfortunately she didn’t value my property to the correct valuation in my opinion and unfortunately if we did decide to sell my property I wouldn’t use Purplebricks.

Disgusting that for £643.49 the product was around 4 weeks late, Reason for this was told that the product was with delivery company after chasing up Billyho There was no courtesy correspondence off this dreadful company to let me know why there was a hold up, I Was not given any Reason why it also sat for so long at a delivery company.
Quality was horrendous. The tradesmen I got to put the playhouse up was a man that takes pride in his work and was horrified at the standard of the product delivered. As parts didn’t fit, parts of wood was having to be sawed off. If it wasn’t for his expertise, a normal person wouldn’t be able to put this product together as it was badly made. After two week the playhouse had to have all the felted roof pinned down and basically done correctly as the felt was coming off and windows corrected.
One of the pieces of wood that stabilises the bottom had broken too, because it was very poor quality.
Will never use or recommend this company again, and it’s a shame my daughter didn’t have any time in the summer to use the summer house with the delay.
My partner has been emailing the company and surprise surprise, There has been no response back off this company.
I understand things go wrong from time to time but when Customer Service acts like this it really does question the morals of a company.

STILL Not heard off this company, will not reply to emails sent to them,so guess they are cowards that take money and run. Cowboys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Arnold Clark Salesman was very relaxed and made the Sale smooth and not pushy.
This was on the Monday we arranged for me to collect car on the Thursday. On the Thursday morning I had a missed call which I thought was just a Courtesy call I didn’t have a voicemail which the Salesman said he’d left as I entered Arnold Clark. I had the news that I couldn’t have the car as Peugeot was recalling my new car for a faulty sensor.
Saying that I then couldn’t have the car till the following Friday I said my old car’s MOT and tax run out on in 2 days time and really needed a car.
I was told by the Salesman and Manager that they couldn’t do anything for me and the Salesman’s attitude was you don’t have to have the car numerous times which I thought was a terrible way to help me as I was panicking with the thought of child care, work etc without a car for 8 days. The voicemail did come through on the Thursday evening.
They said I couldn’t have a courtesy car, they wouldn’t do anything and as I was spending 12k I thought this is very poor management and customer service.
Having made the decision to proceed with the sale as I didn’t have time to start the process somewhere else I struggled for 8 days till I collected my new car.
On collecting my new car I asked what Peugeot said and the salesman said it was for a cam-belt which made me wonder why I was lied to.
Car is driving well and fingers crossed no future issues.
Overall I’d just like Arnold Clark employee’s to be more helpful when problems arise and not just be great when they see a sale.

Book an engineer to come out and look…

Booked an engineer to come out and look at my integrated fridge freezer. When engineer got there, my tenant gave me a call and said that the engineer wouldn’t take six screws out of the cupboard door on health and safety and not being insured. When phoned to book the job the company said that an integrated appliance wasn’t going to be a problem.
I had to take 90 minutes out of work to come to the leased property and take the six screws out and hang around in case there was any further issues.
The engineer diagnosed the fault to be a faulty compressor, which would have been 400+ to fix. When I asked the engineer how long the part would take he said 7-10 days. Which I find very strange the company do not stock or can’t source a lot quicker.
Having decided to buy a new fridge freezer, I thought I’d let Customer Service know the concerns that I had and how my experience was.
After numerous emails back-and-forth they still hadn’t explained why it would take so long to source the compressor and said that taking the six screws out could potentially have put the engineer in danger of his health and safety, which is ridiculous. Poor from start to finish and I would not recommend this company to anyone on my experience. Amazing how a day after writing about my experience and how an engineer wouldn’t take screws out miraculously the next trust pilot report that makes this site is all about screws and a great service. Jokers con artists. Just been past as an honest review by Trustpilot. 😁
Was contacted today 15/02/2023 by NAC. AS everyone can see I should understand that they are so busy thousands of customers to expect a bad service once in a while. If NAC can’t give all customers from engineer to customer service a good service then they should not promise customers they can. I do not feel sorry for them making lots and lots of money but can’t refund customers who they have excepted didn’t meet the standards that me the customer deserves.
Their pathetic explanation and then their pathetic excuses completes this horrendous experience with NAC.

I gave a 5* review because we are happy with the table we brought.
The table came with a faulty part but to go through the process of having a replacement part sent and time frame it arrived was very impressive. Staff helped and gave updates along the way too.
Would buy from this company again.
