Ordered 2 pairs of trainers as part of the back to school offer one pair arrived no sign of other pair. Customer contact not excpeting calls. Emails come back say order delivered terrible customer service. Still awaiting refund of second pair of trainers

Couldn't praise customer service enough. Bought item too big for area I needed, contacted them but told item had shipped. Spoke with currier who returned item to Laura James and processed refund straight away. Great to see still some companies around who value the buyer

Have a littlewoods account that is rarely used for credit purchases tried to make order, order then declined for no apparent reason and no email to say order was declined.

Tried to make purchase again with full payment and again after a few days order declined but money taken from bank account. Customer service an absolute joke on hold for 20 mins and still no human on the other end!

I felt I HAD to write a review for this company. Ordered gift and arrived within a couple of days. The packaging and the attention to detail was amazing. The personalised written card was extremely thoughtful and would highly recommend this company to anyone, would def purchase from here again.

Very easy website to use and simple booking process. However, an issue occurred while on site and received no assistance from all camp representatives. Upon return home contacted all camp regarding issue while on hols, failed to deal with our issues and little success with their complaint department. You will have a great time on hols just hope nothing goes wrong as your on your own !!
