There was a problem with the locks on our recently purchased door from Sidey. Once they were alerted to the problem, they responded immediately and the incorrect lock mechanism was replaced within a week.

Review of Direct Ferries
Initial booking and subsequent modification of timings was very straightforward. However, the ticket is supposed to be a flexi ticket, which is supposed to be fuly refundable up to 24 hours before sailing. When I try to cancel using "Manage My Booking" the website sasy I cannot There is no link on the website to an email or a telephone number to try This is very poor.
