I ordered an Item on 17th March last and paid $29
I got a tracking number GEX2208249390YY which I followed, and on 30th March it said my package was delivered to South Africa, I live in IRELAND! I THEN EMAILED THEM AND GOT THE RESPONSE THAT THEY WERE CHECKING WHY IT WENT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY., A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT A FURTHER EMAIL SAYING BE PATIENT WE WILL BE IN TOUCH IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS TODAY I TRIED EMAILING THEM AGAIN ONLY FOR MY EMAIL TO BOUNCE BACK SO THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM ABOUT A REFUND. I SUPPOSE I WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT I WON'T GET MY ITEM OR MY MONEY BACK AT THIS STAGE!!!

I was very pleased with the product that I bought. An office chair. It is so comfortable. I just ordered it last Saturday 14th Nov. and it arrived on Wednesday 18th. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it that fast in these trying times. Great Work Aosom!
