My SIM card had to be changed 3 times…

My SIM card had to be changed 3 times in less than 6 months, with all the logistics issues of finding a delivery address each time as I am travelling full time. The team is quick to answer e-mails, but the explanations given to explain the issues are at best obscure and, most of the time, don't make a lot of sense (i.e. there was supposedly a problem with "the network around" when the SIM card refused to work, but my phone was picking up a 5G signal at that time...). The new (third) SIM card seems to work now... Let's see for how long...

This is the worst experience I have ever had…

This is the worst experience I have had in 20+ years of flying. This airline shows a total disrespect for passengers. My 2 flights (in and out) with them were 2h late each. Boarding procedures were a nightmare, and the staff attitude was almost insulting. Not to mention a total disregard of safety and security procedure on board (people allowed in the cockpit to take selfies with the pilots... despite the delays, cabin crew being trained during the flight, boarding and leaving the aircraft walking among other planes running, pilots running from one late incoming flight to another late going, etc. etc.). I can't believe how this airline is still authorised to fly !!
