My SIM card had to be changed 3 times in less than 6 months, with all the logistics issues of finding a delivery address each time as I am travelling full time. The team is quick to answer e-mails, but the explanations given to explain the issues are at best obscure and, most of the time, don't make a lot of sense (i.e. there was supposedly a problem with "the network around" when the SIM card refused to work, but my phone was picking up a 5G signal at that time...). The new (third) SIM card seems to work now... Let's see for how long...
