Suzanne Reid and Ed Balls are ridiculous and biased and then you have Kwazi and Jonathan Ashworth!!!!
It’s just all one way - SR cannot hide her political bias and Ed Balls nothing really to say.

No photo and no delivery but said parcel was delivered
However, it was a simple mistake and the female manager (apologies can’t remember her name) at the Sedgfield depot responded straight away and resolved - I received my parcel later the same day - thank you
Errors will always happen i understand that, for me it was the highly professional way it was resolved impressed me.
