I wish I had looked at these reviews before getting photos from E&R
We asked for wrong photo and have tried to rectify without purchasing whole package again
I have tried phoning 30 times and only got through once and the phone was put down before we spoke to someone
I have emailed 5 times and get an autoresponse email each time with no sign of a reply yet after 4 days
being busy is a good thing but given you have been doing this for 60 years or so surely you should have learnt how to manage it by now - or dont you care?
CustomerServicesManager @ edeandravenscroft.com is mentioned in lots of responses from E&R - shame that when I try it the email just bounces back!!!
My request is simple - can I buy an electronic file and get it emailed to me?
Update - mark got in touch and within 5 minutes resolved the whole issue - give that man a pay rise! It seems IT was to blame and their IT support company has let them down - opportunity there for any IT company to get in touch methinks
