Poor quality
Poor quality. Both my watch case and strap were poor quality and ill-fitting. Of course, iStrap refused a refund and would only provide a store credit BUT you have only 30 days to use that credit. It was my mistake that I missed that crucial part of the email but of all the online shopping I’ve ever done, I have never had a credit issued with such a minuscule validity. Again, my $100 mistake but I cannot fathom why they only issue credits for 30 days, it’s almost like they want you to run out of time to use them. There are so many other options out there, I would just avoid this place.
