Nope nope nope
It has the bones of something good - but ultimately it doesn't work. We paid for a year in advance, and as soon as our 'free trial' period ended so did the functionality and support.
In short, meta data isn't pulled through from links added in social posts, so if you want to share a webpage, blog or article your post shows on the social network with no image, title or description.
I contacted support saying this was an essential feature for us, they reassured us this was a temporary issue and was being fixed, this was 5 months ago. Support no longer reply. Live chat is set to messages only, there is no other way to contact them.
I have left numerous messages asking for a refund as we're having to pay for another tool that WORKS while out of pocket for this one. We are a micro company and this stings a little if I'm honest.
So I wanted to warn others against working with them... We were happy to try a smaller company that seemed to offer a great deal, but now we're moving to a mainstream competitor. It's a shame they couldn't get this right because I think the concept was solid - execution poor - customer support awful... Lessons to be learned here, Ocoya!
