It's all about the quality of the staff employed.

As the title says, if you employ staff who are in it solely for the money then they'll delivery a poor service. I get my parcels from GAT56 (Gatwick) delivered by VAN 80 - we live in a very challenging area with most properties named not numbered, postcodes can range from a 30m radius to over 50 acres. This driver is a Legend and should be rewarded as one - he's prompt, polite, and doesn't wheelspin out of the driveway whilst lobbing the package out of his car window. Evri get slated quite a lot, but I'm very happy with the service that this guy provides but, obviously, other individual's experiences may vary.

Great value and range.

My 'go to' supplier of eliquid. The range of flavours should be enough to satisfy most who vape. Custom ratios of PG and VG is great because not all coils produce the same results even with identical Ohm or wattage. Why bother spending £5 for 10ml from supermarkets when you can get 500ml for about £27? Make perfect sense!

Great service as usual.

This company is my 'go to' supplier. The quality and variety of stock is enough for me. Flavours are robust and have depth - I go for an 80vg/20pg mix with a 6mg nic concentration using an Argus GTII mod with a Smok TF12 Prince (0.15ohm) single mesh coil at about 40w - lots of vapour and flavour - perfect! The products are dispatched quickly and securely wrapped, you are notified at each stage of the process from manufacture to delivery.

Zero communication about delays.

This is about my 2nd order from Eden, the 1st was perfect - delivered almost within the time-frame specified on the website, however my 2nd order took almost 5 weeks to be delivered. At no point was I notified of any delays, my account suddenly didn't work (which was worrying), and I could not get through on their contact number - this seemed to be diverted to a mobile. I emailed to enquire about my order and received a 'Your email has been blah blah, we'll respond within 24hrs etc..' - nothing, nowt, whistling fart-cheeks. I run my own business, and THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO LET YOUR CLIENTS KNOW of any delays in the service that has been paid for, and TO KEEP THEM INFORMED OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, and WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER.
Sadly, with this lack of business acumen, I won't be a repeat customer.

Next day delivery from Currys PC World partnered with DPD.

Excellent service. Notified of slot at 8:30am, I was able to track where van was all day, and delivery was within slot. The Driver was friendly enough and observed the current distancing guidelines perfectly. The van was clean, undamaged and parcels looked organised and tidy, quite unlike some other delivery services (Sham-azon?). Overall impression is excellent and would be my first choice for service.

Charged me £50 to change address

Charged me £50 to change address, increased my premium by £60 mid term as living in a private gated address was more of a risk than parked on street in a town. Going to go with Hastings as better policy alternatives for half the price. Terrible.
