I ordered a next day item from Powertool World which never arrived.
I ordered a Hikoki tripod light on a Thursday and it never arrived on the Friday, No email about the delivery nothing, I emailed them and on the Monday they replied saying the item was stuck on the delivery system and they would look into it for me. A couple of days past and I had herd nothing once again so I emailed them again and I was told it was still stuck in the system and they where looking into it. A week later I had still not received my item so I cancelled the item and I was refunded my money and I ordered it with a better company that delivered it next day which I was promised. Things happen which are out of our hands but all the company had to do was say I don’t think we are going to be able to sort or get your item as promised and then I would have taken the refund earlier.

I ordered a Hikoki tripod led cordless site light from Data Power Tools Ltd and my order came the next day. I was emailed about the delivery and a time it would be delivered ….

Great service, great communication via Email

DPD have always delivered parcels to me on time and they have been really good compared to all the other joker delivery company’s, but on this occasion they let me down badly. I returned a work shop dust extractor bought from EBay because it wasn’t the one I thought it was. When the owner received the goods they sent me a picture of a broken part that had been broken during the delivery process. I said I insured the item as it cost £250.00. After weeks of trying to claim from them with loads of Emails back and forth with pictures and proof of damage they said sorry but in this case you can not claim as it comes under the prohibited and restricted list as a domestic appliance. Because of this they can not refund me, So why bother insuring your item because they will just take the extra money from you mess you about them tell you it’s on a list that you carnt send. One big joke, Why didn’t they tell me this at the beginning of the claim instead of making me wait two weeks. Sorry but if you damaged the product in the first place you should replace it anyway but the fact that I covered it by using the insurance they should have paid out for the cost of replacing it or returning my money I paid for it. 🤬

This is my second private number plate I have bought from Plate Hunter and if I require any more I will defiantly use them. Their service from start to finish was superb, I was told about every step and the process. They even rang me up to complete a registration form because I hadn’t replied to their Email that had gone in my junk Emails. All round great, Thanks

After looking at many sites for Disney and universal tickets for Florida I asked a few questions via Email which I got a reply from then. I found they were the best price on the combo tickets I wanted. I booked and paid in full and received my tickets threw normal signed for delivery with in a week of booking my tickets ....thanks
