Barry ID 1780 attended my breakdown on saturday evening and he really was excellent. Very knowledgable and gave me good information and enabled me to complete my work and then journey from Yorkshire Dales to Bristol.

My dads car had a new clutch and MOT, this was expensive but the list of advisorys they sent through exceeded £1,000. My dad was under the impression it needed doing and at the age of 86 was quite confused. I put a stop to the work and my garage has checked the car to find only a couple of brake pads need replacing. Nothing like the £1,000 they wanted to charge an elderly gentleman. I think this happens far too often and would never again use Heritage Skoda again
