Excellent move, pity about the packaging
Our move, in several stages, was excellent. Both Abel’s and Bishops Move teams were very well organised and professional, and Abel’s accommodated various challenges efficiently and courteously. Deserved 5stars! Unfortunately we have been left with a huge volume of packing materials. Requests for collection have been ignored by both companies to our disappointment and great inconvenience. A brilliant job but not quite completed.

We’re sorry to hear regarding the packing materials. You selected to unpack yourselves in your own time and a return at a later date to collect waste materials wasn’t included in the quote. However, we’ve contacted some local companies near to your new home to ascertain if they could make use of these materials and Jane from our office will be in contact with you again shortly to advise.
