Brilliant for Post-Workout Recovery
As a new customer looking for a natural way to soothe muscle soreness after sports, I was recommended Polar and decided to try the 2.0 Oval Ice Bath. I'm so glad I did!
The tub is incredibly sturdy and feels like a quality product. It fits perfectly in our garden and has become a regular part of our routine. It's exactly what my partner and I needed to help with our recovery, and we're already feeling the benefits. Highly recommend it for anyone serious about their post-workout care.

No Response. Dubious.

Saw Facebook Ad. Looked Courmacs up on Trustpilot & Google Reviews. Saw a mix bag of reviews about them. Just tried to call them after submitting basic details at this stage. No one answers the phone and no contact since the 15th April when I submitted my claim. Jury is out on this one.

Slow to refund unwanted glasses

Slow to refund unwanted glasses. Little to no communication have had to chase them up three times so far. Still no sign of my money back!
Would not use again because of this.

Disappointing Airtime Rewards

Disappointed that Airtime Rewards have decided to make redeeming my earned points more difficult.

The first time I redeemed my rewards against my o2 phone bill went through fine at £5.

Within the space of 3 weeks Airtime Rewards have decided to double the minimum amount I can now redeem against my rewards balance without any notice.

I have already reported this to support@ and was dissatisfied with their response over quite blatantly moved the goal posts, and has left me feeling duped.

Not a great customer experience.

Local and convenient

Local and convenient. The only delay and issue i found was the scanner kept picking up the wrong barcode. Wasn’t easy to scan the correct barcode.
Efficient in the package returning back to shop.

Too busy, poor communication

Have used their website before (usually go to store). This experience has been the most frustrating in wanting to send back an item & get an alternative size. Their new calculator is hit and miss and doesn't take into account different types of garments, so worth going old-school to know your ideal size.
Returning was an ordeal using their Collect+ service. Customer service was over whelmed and took 24 hours to get any response. When they did they tried to help but on this occasion with poor communication their end dispatched the wrong sized item. After 3rd attempt it finally got resolved.

Been with A2 hosting for just a month…

Been with A2 hosting for just a month now. Choosing a reliable, great customer support and reasonable priced hosting for a first timer could have been a real time consuming issue. But that said A2 hosting has been a pleasure to work with for my website. They made sure all the set-up was completed correctly and all teething issues resolved quickly. So far so good. Will keep this review updated over time too! A🌟
