Just received a so called bargain …

Just received a so called bargain ( value £40 ) who has done the value it’s not even worth £10 I wouldn’t waist £5 on the box of rubbish . Money is tight & I am ashamed of myself for waisting £25 on such a box of rubbish . Really stay away from this site .

I would like to mention Callum Medway . This young man has restored my faith in humanity (people are too busy these days to help )

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to you Callum you really went above and beyond by coming to my home & sorting my heat pump control, the house is quite warm & cosy . I wouldn’t have been able to sort the issues so I’m very grateful.

Most expensive quote for very basic…

Most expensive quote for very basic boiler replacement.
You say there is an offer, so why when I asked are there any offers or do you give discount to "blue light card" the guy who gave me a quote told me NO YOU Don't.

WORST ENERGY PROVIDER

Can’t believe in this day & age this rip off company can be aloud to continue . ABSOLUTE RUBBISH so need removing from service .how do these people sleep at night . Been with them a year told with them until 2021 . NOT on the rate they originally said. Please someone stop them

I have looked at your account and can see that when you switched over to us back in May 2018, you opted for the June 2021 v4.0 tariff and this was confirmed to you in your Welcome Pack which was issued to you on the 31st May 2018. I can also see that this has been confirmed to you when you rang in to our Customer Service team yesterday. I hope this clarifies things for you.
