The owner of this company is an animal abuser. He has recently been convicted of starving two dogs and leaving them to live in filth. One dog had to be euthanized to end his suffering.
If this is the morals and ethics of the head of this company, i wouldn't trust him with your vehicle.
I love the clothes from Never Fully Dressed. However, I have had some issues with sizing. I am a size 10/12 and am often recommended a medium. When it arrives, it is too large and i need to order a small. An exchange is fairly simple unless there is low stock. If this is the case and there are less than 5 items in stock you cannot get an exchange. You have to return the item and reorder, incurring postage costs for return and the new purchase (depending on the price of the item). If you have used a discount code and/or a gift card then it becomes a nightmare. You have to wait for your return to be processed and your gift card amount refunded. You then have to get a new discount code and by this time, the item that you have been waiting for to come back into stock has sold out again!! Very frustrating. Customer Service are helpful, but cannot offer a solution to this issue which has happened to me twice.

Not left with neighbour as requested. Instead, parcel was thrown over my gate into the garden and left unattended.

Although items described as oversized, I could have fit in them twice.
No free returns so cost me over £12 to return items that weren't as described on the website. I wouldn't have minded if I simply didn't like them but I felt that the photos and descriptions were misleading.
Emailed customer service who weren't interested.
Would never order from them again.
