NO BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT

Utterly disgraceful company. After my father died, they tried to force my husband into agreeing a new contract for Dad's empty property. When I contacted the bereavement team, I was told they couldn’t help because the contract was now in my husband's name who “is not a deceased person.”

Their only concern was keeping the direct debit going — no compassion, no empathy, just greed. A diabolical, money-grabbing company that treats grieving families with zero respect. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely Poor - do not recommend using this company

Extremely poor service and zero communication. After waiting weeks (and weeks) for my order, I finally received a message asking me to choose a delivery date — which I did. I was told I’d be contacted the day before with a delivery window, but no message ever arrived. The delivery day came and went with no contact, no update, and no explanation.

There is no way to get in touch with anyone at the company, which makes the situation even more frustrating. At this point, they have taken my money but I still have no furniture and no confirmed delivery date.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

£8k out of pocket with no worktops to show for it

We paid nearly £8,000 in full for our worktops, which were due to be fitted on Tuesday. Gemini phoned late on Monday to cancel the fitting appointment with no thorough explanation, and we've heard nothing from them since.

When my husband called today to chase an update, they didn’t seem to know what had happened with our order and promised to call back — we’re still waiting.

For the amount paid, the service has been nothing short of disgraceful. Poor communication, no follow-up, and no clarity on when the work will be completed. Extremely disappointed and currently regretting our decision to go with Gemini.

I have had two parcels recently (one Next and one Holland and Barrett) which have both been lost/damaged by Evri en route.

These are either being stolen or due care is not being taken of the parcels.

LED face mask - faulty - no one interested in replacing/repairing under warranty

I bought an Silk-N LED face mask which has been fantastic for my skin and really noticeable results very quickly.

Unfortunately the product broke after approx. 6 months of use - I think a loose connection of the wires meaning the mask now intermittently switches off after 1-3 minutes.

I have been trying for over a fortnight to get a repair organised under the warranty. Lookfantastic tell me there is nothing they can do, Silk-N appear totally incompetent/unable to organise the return.

Stuck with an expensive, non working face mask now after barely 6 months of use. Disappointed.

Faulty product under warranty still not repaired

I purchased this product through Lookfantastic who have been even less helpful and I am leaving a similar review for.

Fab!

Couldn't fault the experience. After seeing my husband's seamless purchase recently, I decided to both purchase a new car and simultaneously part-ex my current car.

I was expecting some stress over the part ex (as the procedure usually goes) but no issues or haggling. Car was delivered on time, delivery driver was friendly, helpful and informative. No haggling, no stress, no worries.

Wouldn't hesitate to use Cazoo again for my next purchase.

I have booked 3 courier pick ups from Next via Evri and the courier never shows up.

Unlikely to continue to use Next while they still partner with useless Evri/Hermes

Even worse than Hermes

Over a period of a week I have had 4 parcels delayed and not delivered on the original date
Several collections booked also which they didn't show up for and the courier marked as "collection no longer required" so now I cant rebook the collection.
Can't speak to anyone in customer services just loops round a "live" chat with a useless robot

Improved customer service

Set up a 3 month subscription, have not received the goods and have had no response from Customer Services regarding the whereabouts of the goods or a refund

EDIT - my subscription arrived over 2 weeks after ordering, no partial refund despite contacting customer services (again) as suggested

UPDATE - after a few more attempts at getting through to someone this issue was resolved for me (partial refund received) and a goodwill gesture sent my way too. Very happy this has now all been resolved, and hoping my now renewed subscription will go smoothly from here on.

Diabolical

One of the worst companies trading in the UK.

Allowed a fraudulent credit application to go through in my maiden name at an old address. They dispatched the phone to a different name and address - a fairly obvious red flag one might have thought.

Impossible to speak to anyone there, the Fraud Team email address is basically a void or black hole where your emails go unanswered.

Very distressing situation I am still unable to resolve.

Impressed

Very impressed. Treated myself to a post lockdown pick me up treatment. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming - not often is this the experience at these sort of clinics.
Clinic was absolutely spotless - reassuring in these times.
Dr Sophie was easy to talk to about my desired treatment and past experiences, my treatment has now (almost) finished settling and I am really pleased with the results.
I wouldn't contemplate going to any other clinic now for cosmetic treatments.

Fantastic

I've had a fantastic experience with Peloton and don't regret a penny. Bike was delivered within a week of ordering (hit a sweet spot between lockdowns). Delivery guys were great. I love the bike and classes and would go as far as to say it was a life changing purchase. Between working full time and 2 young children, its hard to fit in time for yourself and Peloton has made that so much easier for me.

Straightforward, easy to use website with clear and reasonable prices. A longer delivery time than ideal but this was clearly stated before I ordered and I appreciate the difficulties sourcing acrylic in these troubled times.
