NO BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT
Utterly disgraceful company. After my father died, they tried to force my husband into agreeing a new contract for Dad's empty property. When I contacted the bereavement team, I was told they couldn’t help because the contract was now in my husband's name who “is not a deceased person.”
Their only concern was keeping the direct debit going — no compassion, no empathy, just greed. A diabolical, money-grabbing company that treats grieving families with zero respect. Avoid at all costs.
