Absolutely ridiculous service. Went there waited for an hour and had to call just to listen that we should have never been booked to the chorley earful. It's a system error. I had to take a day off for this and send my 2 month old baby next door for this. This is ridiculous. Many people were waiting. I will encourage them to give reviews as well as the unprofessionalism showed by them.

Absolutely ridiculous.
Got the product on time but when opened the packaged it's damaged.
The box it came in was filthy dirty.
Looks like it was a previous return they just dumped it on me. Really really bad service.
Call the customer service number at 17:20 the answer machine says sorry we are closed however customer service is opened from 10-6pm and we can email them too. I really don't understand. It's really frustrating. I wish I never bought anything from them. I really needed the mixer case for taking the mixer securely to my sister's house

I would say it's a brilliant gym for the price. The timings are brilliant. The equipments are of good quality. They don't have a hack squat machine for which when I asked they said it's because of hygiene. I just wanted to laugh when they said that. You could just say we didn't want to. There was no space. If they could bring that in it's brilliant. If they don't it's still fine. For the money you pay it's an absolute brilliant gym. Staff are brilliant too.

Brilliant bed. Cannot complain.
Just the base parts inside the Diwan was very low quality chip wood but that's just make sure that the clothes are not directly on the floor but everything else about the bed is brilliant. It looks amazing.

I am glad that you feel your new Bed Frame is Brilliant!
In regards to your feedback about the base panels, we do this so that the structural integrity of the bed frame is not affected by what our customers store underneath the bed. If these panels were attached to the bed frame and raised off the floor, there would have to be a weight limit on what could be stored underneath the bed and it can be quite difficult to access the first section of storage depending on the space available in a customers bedroom. The removal base panels also serve the purpose for protecting your flooring and to allow for the under bed storage area to be cleaned with ease.

As promised this is just a little message to give you a point of contact should you and your wife have any questions about the Bowflex Max Trainer M3, how to use it or what to expect.
This product is great, but does take some getting used to.
It is a given that pain should not be ignored and it really ought to be checked out via your doctor, especially if it persists.
As we discussed, it is my experience that the Max Trainers take some time to get used to.
I advise starting off with short timed workouts, keeping the resistance level low with relatively slow revolutions. Then over a period of weeks perhaps working up a little more time.
In time when you are used to the way the Max trainer intensity works, you can look at the resistance level. But honestly, technique and getting used to the product is key. Once you are used to how this product works, you won’t look back.
