Three stars because it's much like all support now. Between awful to mediocre.

La première commande s'est bien passée. La deuxième commencait bien, mais il se trouve que j'ai un produit avec a un défaut de fabrication. Une fissure dans le verre mesureur le rend dangereux à utiliser. J'ai demandé le remplacement. J'ai eu une confirmation, puis silence radio après deux relances.
Je ne commanderai plus chez eux.

My first order went fine, but the second one contained a measuring glass that developed a fine crack with being heated or knocked. They claimed they would look into it, but so far nothing. I feel that if they want to keep customers, they can replace a $15 defective item.

Dailyplaylists provides the service they promise. It's very effective to pitch to playlists and issues to support are quickly dealt with. I have been using DPL for over three years.

They do what's needed in a reasonable time frame. Thanks!

I must revise my rating because customer service has been rendered useless through the use of AI chatbots. The agents that eventually reply do not understand the issues. I will be discontinuing my subscription at the next opportunity. I raised a simple issue, and the replies show that either they didn't read the question or don't know how the distribution works. Useless info for support on two recent occasions.

Tunecore is a good company providing a service that is sometimes slow to turnaround, but efficient in its actions.

I've purchased twice from them for delivery in continental Europe. Their choice of products and shipping puts them at the top of my list!
