Filters come in a box with labeling for the MERV rating, but the individual filters are not labeled. This does not inspire confidence, and also is inconvenient for storage.

It was not easy to tell what the various packages offer. What is the difference between visitors coverage and travelers coverage? Traveling from the US or to the US? If traveling to Europe, get the Schengen or generic coverage? Some better guidance would make this site much more useful. Ask some questions, then suggest a class of products. Otherwise, the site is very difficult to figure out where to look

Easy to compare policies. But not really clear who offered them and that they were from different companies. No good sense of the quality of the companies or their policies. Bought one, then cancelled it immediately when I saw the application made assumptions about my travel plans without asking up front. For example, it said no adventure travel, but never asked about that.
