This company are appalling. Promise next day delivery and no product 2 weeks later. Fobbed off with lies about product being delivered. Shoddy and really poor customer service. They sound like they are operating from someones front room, are totally unprofessional and I cannot state enough that I would urge anyone else caution when using this company. I am still waiting for a refund.

This is such a great company and I would not hesitate to recommend Butternut Box. The company are very helpful and give advice when necessary. They have a vet nurse available if you have any concerns about your pet. The deliveries are prompt and it is a very easy ordering process. More importantly our dog absolutely loves the food. He was on a dry food previously and never seemed full. He appears to really enjoy Butternut Box and the variety. We transitioned him onto butternut box nearly 3 months ago and his coat looks amazing, he hasnt had any problems with his ears and he just seems more content. The food is more expensive than traditional dog food, but you definately get what you pay for.

I ordered some bedside lamps 3 and half weeks ago. They have taken payment, but have not sent the goods. I have tried contacting them numerous times and have had no response at all. I have no idea when or if I will get the products I have paid for and no refund. This is absolutely terrible customer service and I would urge anyone to reconsider before buying from SKLUM.
