Not good enough

I placed an order, received confirmation and was advised I would know when it was dispatched. After several days hearing nothing and because it was required for a birthday in the coming week, I contacted them. I received no notification of my query and subsequently just an impersonal email saying my order had been cancelled… no explanation, no apology and, therefore, no birthday gift. Very poor customer experience

Simply excellent service

Simply excellent service.
I phoned the 24 hour service at 11pm following a home emergency with an overflowing toilet. The automated system was easy and an appointment was booked for between 8am and 1pm the following morning. Home Serve employee arrived at 10am and solved the problem.
I was really happy.

disappointing

The clocks are disappointing and I don’t like that immediately after the order I received a phone call from an unknown number that appears to be associated with Easylife. Blocked!

A taste of Yorkshire to further south.....

I ordered for delivery to a Yorkshire couple now living in Northamptonshire. They were beyond thrilled!
Easy ordering, prompt delivery and full information about the delivery on the day.
I shall have to order a Fat Rascal for myself as my friends just love them.

Excellent.
Easy online booking. They brought my appointment forward as they had a cancellation and then arrived 45 minutes early which was great. It took about 40 minutes to replace the screen, install a new battery and add a screen protector. Everything is now working brilliantly. Thanks so much

Good service from the Ramp People but ...

Great service from the Ramp People but hugely let down by their chosen delivery service - Parcelforce.
The item was despatched promptly and should have arrived next day.
Parcelforce seemed unable to find the property despite it being on a main road in our town.
All emails to the Ramp People were answered quickly and politely but, of course, they had no control over the incompetence of Parcelforce. We ended up driving 40 miles to pick it up from the MK depot - 4 days late!

Made to order for those cold days watching the local rugby team...

I ordered specially made neck warmers in my rugby club colours for Christmas gifts. The first attempt wasn't right but there was no problem in returning those and getting replacement neckwarmers in the correct colours. Communication with Turtle Doves was excellent throughout and the final finished products were perfect.
I have four Turtle Doves neckwarmers in different colour schemes and I love them; they are soft, cosy and stylish. Warm neck = warm me!
