Had a problem updating key after reinstallation of Fortect

I had a problem and had to reinstall windows 11 on my computer, installed fortect again, but couldn't enter my key manually, and it didn't do it automatically, contacted customer support via email. Received a speedy response, reset everything for me, and was up and running in no time. Excellent service, friendly and professional. Well done and

Purchased, 2 days later, did not have licence. On live chat Melanie got me sorted quickly with licence and correct download. That made up after frustration of logged complaint not sorted. Thank you Melanie
