Driver did not wait long enough for me to get to the door, the parcel was left on the doorstep. The parcel was a little heavy and I was unable to lift it having suffered a stroke a while ago, so had to resort to pushing and shoving the box with my feet over the threshold and into the house.

Very swift service, packaging more than adequate, delivered directly to the door. Could not ask for more.
