Really easy to deal with

Really easy to deal with. I The survey was very thorough but easy to understand. Really appreciated the report baing made available so quickly afterwards and found the courtesy call from the surveyor to talk through the main points really helpful

Faulty battery but excellent customer service

Replacement battery become defective 3 months after purchase, contacted customer service who could not have been more helpful. Admittedly, the battery becoming faulty was a pain but a replacement was dispatched immediately with no fuss - thank you Anurag for sorting this out so quickly!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After paying ~£5000 for a two-week trip to Peru, we were left stranded in Cusco with no accommodation due to over-sold flights (I was 6 months pregnant at the time). When contacting the Citrus Emergency number, we reached a Sales representative who demanded an additional £1000 to fly us home.
