Cheap For A Reason

There is no doubt that this is one of the cheapest places on the web for parts, but as a UK customer the delivery times are just too long unless you are planning well in advance.

4 days after ordering and no delivery information I tried to live chat but couldn't get past the useless AI bot. I then put a 2 star review on and suddenly I got an email and delivery information within 24 hours and then a Saturday delivery.

Whilst this is great support post review, it doesn't change the fact it was still a long delivery and would have possibly been longer without a negative review. 3.5/5 seems fair.

Edited this numerous times based on updates and AutoDoc responses.

Worst Support I Have Ever Experienced

Having worked in IT I have experienced some terrible support but SumUp really wins hands down. After signing up over a month ago with the paid plan, we are still waiting for things to be started and we are unable to use the system we were promised by pre-support. There is NO phone sales even though we were told we could take them and their website states different.

No support response now in over 10 days. Ridiculous. If you are a small business, please don't choose SumUp.

So so poor. Ages to respond and couldn't be more unhelpful. Oh dear. Not a great local company.

Poor Quality, Ridiculous Delivery Time and Charge

Used EP for acoustic panels, not bad quality but you get what you pay for. Certainly seen much more realistic panels. Delivery though took over a week, so if you want something quickly, don't use these guys.

Also a delivery charge of 24.99 for anything, no matter has small is daylight robbery.

Won't be using again.

Quickly delivery and cheap prices

Quickly delivery and cheap prices. But just a minimum charge delivery no matter on the size. So my delivery was much more than the product, yet only sent Royal Mail which they made money on.

Fine if you ordering more but annoying for small items.

No Interest In Small Businesses

I have been with Xero for over 8 years, and whilst it had its quirks it worked pretty well for what I needed. However in recent years it just isn't suitable for running a small business with a few staff.

Whilst the costs keep increasing, the features continue to decrease (reminds me when Freddos were 10pence). You now can't even enter a bill in USD without paying over £100 per month - just ridiculous. And the integrated HubDoc for bill input is the worst I have used out of 4 different ones.

I will be moving over the Christmas period when I have time. No not get trapped.

Very Poor Charging System

I originally bought Ultimate Suite with a lifetime licence - alas they have now decided they need more money so my lifetime licence is only valid on old software and they update the year each time so really you are actually just paying for year and old versions are no longer supported.

Avoid at all costs.

Been going down hill recently.

Things have really started going downhill at Goff. Came home from holiday to find that I had some heating oil stolen and needed a quick delivery. Spoke to Goff and paid extra for expedited delivery.

Had the usual text the day before, but no-one then turned up. Chased and was just told it would be Monday, so two extra days without any heating. No apology, nothing. Monday comes, no delivery by 4pm and I then an automated text to say it will now not arrive until Tuesday. Tried to call (no answer), emailed (no response). Eventually turned up 1pm on the Tuesday, over 90 hours later than contracted and agreed.

Very poor and won't be using them again, communication should be the easiest part. Also still waiting on a refund of my additional payment for quick delivery!

Now Ridiculously Expensive!

Whilst they taste great it has nearly become prohibitively expensive. You used to be able to get two hot chocolate pouches for £16 and now the same two cost £25 including delivery! That is nearly a 60% increase!!!

Will be looking for alternatives to put my velvetiser from now on.

Terrible Quality. Non UK company.

I really should have read these reviews before buying!

Ordered and paid much more than other places as I thought it was UK and a better quality. Unfortunately my parcel was directly sent from their outsourced factory in India.

I wouldn't mind so much but the quality is just very very poor. Seams are not even and just wonky and it may as well have holes, as soon as it was left overnight with a little dew (not rain) it leaked and made my cushions very wet.

Super disappointing. Will never use again.

Great product, missing everything else.

The quality of the product has never really been in question, but the website, customer service and delivery times are shocking!

Nearly 2 weeks for delivery. Queried with an agent and just says it will be there soon and ends chat. So so poor.

Update: After 3 weeks I then chased for delivery as still not received and now I am told that the order was cancelled with absolutely no update.

I will never buy crocs again.

Support, what support?

I have been with these guys since day dot, holding many client accounts and lots of domains. They were better with no support as least you expected nothing.

Now they have non existent support with no technical experience. So so poor.

Will be gradually moving away.

Great Tasting But...

So my main worry was actually going to be the taste but both the Frosted and Chocolate and pretty good. The chocolate a little dry, but not bad.

My issues were that the weight of the box isn't actually shown anywhere on the website - unless you enlarge the image after downloading!

So when the boxes came they are very small and there is no way there are 6 servings per box (unless you are a small child). I am not even a big eater but I can only just get 4 servings per box. So unless it is on a deal or super cheap not worth the money.

In terms of portion sizes, the recommended amount of cereal for an adult is anywhere between 30-40 grams. Because of our high quality ingredients and protein content, our cereal is designed to keep you fuller for longer and provide a high nutritional value, but I understand your view on this. Great Shoes, OK Support

Someone treated me to shoes for Christmas and was super impressed with both the style and quality. They were slightly small though, so exchanged for a new size in super quick time.

Even managed my first hole in one the first round wearing them!

Some people complain about customer service, would have perhaps liked more emails updating on status but that was the only issue.
