I Purchased some pond lights unfortunately I had an issue because 2 out of 4 lights failed upon contacting the seller and explaining the issue the seller replaced the lights without any issue; however Amazon wont let me leave a glowing review of the seller because this breaches their community guidelines which only want you to post reviews that promote sales! What an atrocious way to do business Amazon!

Hi I purchased the Ryobi Cordless Caulking gun for a specific project; the Gun works very well; however the plastic carrier is the tools weakness! When caulking the carrier deflects; this causes several issues; 1st is the tube will tend to pop out of the carrier! The 2nd is that the plunger head is slightly too small; therefore when the carrier deflects it affects the plunging action which allows whatever you are using to caulk with to escape from the base.

If I could give Royal Mail minus stars I would! I am expecting a parcel this was scheduled for yesterday 10th October. When I checked the tracking number it stated they had tried to deliver this; which is strange as I and two others had been at home all day long! I will let you draw your own conclusion as to whether they tried or not.
I tried to make a complaint and the system will not let you complete this without a reschedule number; this was not possible as the supposed delivery driver did not leave the card stating hub that they had tried to deliver the parcel! You know the red card.
I have just checked the tracking schedule which states out for delivery; this will almost certainly arrive while we are out this morning! Hence why the If I could give Royal Mail a minus star I would definitely do so. I will also complain to the supplier directly as this is none of their doing.

Actually if I could give a ZERO rating I would. I recently purchased online some of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 946ml bottles x3; however when I received my order they had delivered 486ml bottles x3 I wrote to their customer service almost a month ago sending photos of what I received and to date I have not had a reply even though I chased up my compliant after 14days twice the time they say it will take for them to reply. This is just not the way to treat people. If I were someone reading this review I would not buy from Holland and Barrett!!! My advise to anyone currently would be do not buy anything online from Holland and Barrett as they just do not deserve your business!!!

My order has been sent piecemeal I haven’t received my complete order and 2 of my veg plants delivered so far have arrived DEAD most of my deliveries did not have anything to identify what I have bought; I am so far unable to receive any response to my emails to advise Suttons of the situation which included photos; so far I am extremely disappointed.
