Sam B installed my EV charger today, and he was fantastic from start to finish. The evening before, he informed me of his arrival time, and he was punctual in the morning. After a quick walkthrough with me, he completed the installation within the agreed timeframe, just as we had planned. The installation looks excellent, with all exposed cables neatly placed inside trunking. At the end he ensured the charger was linked to my phone and fully operational.

All in all Sam did a great job.

This is how a service should be operated. They do exactly what they say they will, when they say they will. If you need to speak to someone to move a delivery up or reschedule a delivery, you can and they get it sorted. They use DPD for deliveries and the swap at the door system works well. All in all excellent (and cheaper than anywhere else we’ve found).

A very poor experience with this company. Ordered a jumper on 8 December, chased via email on 17th as nothing received. After initial response they stopped answering emails. I had been told that despite the jumper not being dispatched, they wouldn’t refund and I had to accept the order when eventually delivered and return back to them for a refund. Pretty pointless.

Applied for refund via PayPal which prompted what I can only think was bogus shipping details as nothing has ever arrived. PayPal have sorted a refund but I have never heard anything back from Jingle Jumpers.

I will not be using this company again.

A very easy process to send my phone off and once sent it was quickly processed and Music Magpie sent me the money they quoted via PayPal the same day. Straightforward from beginning to end.
